Boar Topnotch Services provide mobile notary, apostille, livescan fingerprinting services, and foreign credential evaluations through our subsidiary, Boar Credential Evaluations.
Boar Credential Evaluations was formed in January 2023 by experienced Academic Evaluators trained to perform equivalency services of your foreign credentials/education/vocational training. We are a member of the Association of International Educators (NAFSA) and The Association of International Credential Evaluation Professionals (TAICEP).

Apostille Services
Should you need authentication or apostille services from the State of California Secretary of State, we process that for a fee of $125 for the first document (inclusive of the notary fee), succeeding documents cost $30 each. Turnaround time of 3 business days.Contact us -

Foreign Credential Evaluations
Boar Credential Evaluations perform course-by-course academic evaluations from high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels for equivalency to U.S. regional accreditation standards.Contact us
