Boar Topnotch Services provide mobile notary, apostille, livescan fingerprinting services, and foreign credential evaluations through our subsidiary, Boar Credential Evaluations.

Boar Credential Evaluations was formed in January 2023 by experienced Academic Evaluators trained to perform equivalency services of your foreign credentials/education/vocational training. We are a member of the Association of International Educators (NAFSA) and The Association of International Credential Evaluation Professionals (TAICEP).

Our services

Mobile Notary Services

Schedule your mobile notary services. We can come to your office or home for an additional fee or schedule a virtual notary (requires a camera and microphone access on your mobile phone or laptop/desktop).

Fingerprinting Services

We provide fingerprinting services to you at the comfort of your home or office. (Fingerprinting fee + Standard mobile rate of $10 within the Sacramento area, additional fee of $5/mile beyond a 10-mile distance from 95835 zip code).

Apostille Services

Should you need authentication or apostille services from the State of California Secretary of State, we process that for a fee of $125 for the first document (inclusive of the notary fee), succeeding documents cost $30 each. Turnaround time of 3 business days.

Foreign Credential Evaluations

Boar Credential Evaluations perform course-by-course academic evaluations from high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels for equivalency to U.S. regional accreditation standards.

Our credential evaluations are notarized. Our evaluations can be Apostilled for an additional fee.
